Capay Valley is full of adventures for the outdoorsman, casino visitor, concert goer, golfer, river sportsmen, hunters, farm-to-fork and festival attendees. The lower valley is dedicated to organic farms and orchards and the small towns serving them. And the upper end of the valley features wild and scenic forested hills through which Cache Creek (a year round river) cascades over rapids and provides quiet swimming holes. Outdoor Activities

Cache Canyon river rafting, kayaking or innertubing. Generally May – August.
Yolo Hiker offers info on hiking, birding, hunting, and excellent trails lead into the hills from many spots.
