Host A Chamber Mixer

Hosting an Esparto Chamber of Commerce Mixer is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business to fellow Chamber members, prospective members, clients, and the community. As a Mixer Host, you’ll create an engaging, fun, and social networking event through a beneficial partnership between the chamber and your business. This partnership creates a true “win-win” as we work together to promote us and your business, strengthen community connections, and enjoy a memorable evening together.

Mixer Host Sponsorship Benefits As a Mixer Host, your business will receive:

● Promotion of the event through the Chamber’s social media platforms, email marketing, and website.

● An opportunity to showcase your business and facility to event guests.

● Time during the event for a company representative to speak about your business and services.

● The ability to invite your business associates, top customers, and employees.

● An opportunity to offer special discounts or promotions to attendees, encouraging future business and customer engagement.

Mixer Host Responsibilities To host a Chamber Mixer, the host must:

● Be an active Esparto Chamber of Commerce member in good standing.

● Provide a dedicated event space that can accommodate approximately 50–100 guests.

● Create a theme for the mixer.

● Provide a selection of food and refreshments for guests. Whenever possible, the use of a fellow Chamber member for catering or food service is strongly encouraged.

● Provide tables and chairs for guest check-in, raffle ticket sales, a bar area, and a new members section. Cocktail tables and additional seating are also recommended for guest comfort.

● Provide 2–3 raffle prizes.

● Plan an interactive activity that encourages guest participation and networking. Mixers may also be co-hosted with another Chamber member to help share responsibilities and expenses.

Chamber Responsibilities The Esparto Chamber of Commerce will:

● Promote the event through Chamber social media, email campaigns, and the Chamber website.

● Provide volunteer Ambassadors to assist with guest check-in and raffle ticket sales.

● Provide a PA system for the event, if needed.

● Assist with event planning to help ensure a successful and memorable experience for everyone involved. We are currently accepting Chamber Mixer Hosts for the 2026 calendar year.
